Mughal Arch Khaddar Shirt

Description

This motif was carved into a doorway in Kamalia before it ever touched fabric. A local artisan spent hours translating that same arch, leaf, and lattice pattern into hand embroidery on this shirt, thread by thread, not printed, not machine run. The cream embroidery traces up both shoulders and down the front placket, mirroring the carved sandstone arch that inspired it. Every piece is limited, the embroidery takes time, and no two hands stitch exactly the same.
